WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:





Per Scholas is excited to be selected to participate in our third random assignment study to demonstrate the efficacy of our program in selected sites. This newly created role will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned while ensuring that the leaders in Columbus, OH and the National Capital Region have the support they need to significantly increase recruitment over the next two years. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis, relationship management, and project management skills and be motivated by the power of evidence and data to dramatically improve impact.





WHAT YOU?LL DO:





Program Evaluation








+ Present data-driven analyses that inform high-level program strategy and management




+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business objectives and data required to support those objectives




+ Create dashboards, reports and ad hoc queries to support operations




+ Present analytical results and data visualizations in a way that is meaningful for business stakeholders and provides actionable insights




+ Ongoing communication with data partners to ensure they are receiving timely and accurate data from sites




+ Verify integrity of data through monthly data audits




+ Ensure timely transfer of Salesforce data into partner databases








Site Support








+ Ensure all staff are equipped to provide the highest quality student experience from orientation to job placement




+ Assess recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for increasing Per Scholas? reach




+ Evaluate internal processes to enhance the admission process




+ Provide training and assessment of data collection practices to ensure all data is accurately captured




+ Review and analyze data to provide recommendations on program enhancements to maximize outcomes








Internal Communication








+ Ensure key leadership team members receive real-time feedback on areas in need of attention




+ Provide staff with a deep understanding of the value of demonstrating impact through a randomized control trial so they are well equipped to engage stakeholders in their local communities








WHAT YOU?LL BRING TO US:





Professional Requirements








+ Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, and bachelor?s degree (or equivalent related experience) including:





+ Experience with data exploration, analysis, and integrity




+ Experience building trust and confidence with internal teams




+ Experience working with national nonprofit organizations deploying a replicable process/methodology




+ Experience in workforce development a plus




+ Experience working with Salesforce a plus










+ Ability to communicate clearly with people of varying backgrounds and skill sets as well as non-technical individuals translating technical concepts




+ Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities




+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time between Columbus, OH, New York, NY, and Silver Spring, MD
